This incident resulted in the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to police.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the injured in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Police detained a man in his thirties for suspected robbery and assault close to the location. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at about 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered an act of terror - resulted in delays to rail services and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
